AutoPilot - Profile Mismatch

Hi,

Few of the Windows 10 1909 devices failed during Autopilot process. Used troubleshooting portal https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/help-desk-operators to check it.
Found that AutoPilot-ProfileMismatch error. But it did not say where is the failure.

Please help to understand the exact cause for the issue.

@BoopathiSubramaniam-6294, Based on my research, for the error code 80180005, some issue occurs when the computer name prefix is not configured correctly.Please check on this. We can see more details in the following link:

Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

Hope it can help.

@BoopathiSubramaniam-6294, How's everything going? Did we check the computer name prefix? If there's any update on our issue, feel free to let us know.

@BoopathiSubramaniam-6294, Thanks for the reply.

I know the issue only affect with some specific devices, For these devices, please check if there's any conflict policy configured for them.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/autopilot/policy-conflicts

If there's no such policy, we suggest to collect the Autopilot logs and submit case to troubleshoot:
