We have received a request from Client related to SCOM. Their Requirement is as follow:-
Enhanced Alerting: Once the incident is raised, we need further alerts at 12, 24 and 36 hrs if the incident is not addressed and closed with in those time lines (12, 24 and 36 hrs). This new alert should include additional email Ids for notification (market emails distribution lists)
The intention of further action is to add further alerting/notification to market users at specified times if the original incident is not resolved within those timelines.
Would it be possible?
We are using SCOM 2012 R2 and for Incident we are using TFSNow.
