When using Teams in both PC and mobile device, when a new notification comes for a message, call or any other notification activated activity, I get the notification on both desktop app and mobile app at the same time. This is when i am using Teams on desktop app. Let say I had a teams conversation on the desktop app. Then after sometime I am logging into the Teams mobile app from phone. Then I am getting all the messages I have already attended to from Desktop app. This is really annoying. Thank you

There is a setting in the app to change this.

Hi @Pesala Sampath , In my experience, you can try to disable these notifications in your mobile device. Go to notification settings and you can disable the notifications (such as message, calling) in the client here. If the response is helpful, please click " Accept Answer " and upvote it. Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.

The Blocked functionality on When Active on Desktop seems to have changed.

I now get Notifications on my mobile device even if I have already read and responded to the notifications on the desktop.

Is there a way to sync notifications so that if they have been read on desktop you don't receive them again as Unread on mobile (and vice versa)?

This is a new feature and being able to control.
Too bad that default is not checked already.
