Attached screen shots show the record navigation bar at the bottom of views of two examples from active data bases. The diminished bar appears in all Tables and Forms. Of course, Reports do not include the bar. Frequent users can learn to overcome this defect, but infrequent users suffer confusion when they cannot see the lower on-third of the controls and text in the bar.

This defect has persisted since November 2021 when we installed Microsoft 365 and started using Access. We now have version 2304 build 16.0.16327.20214 on 3 Lenovo PCs running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

In Windows settings search for "Make text bigger". Move "Make text bigger" slider all the way to the left (100%). Windows will take a moment or two to reset your display(s). If Access was open; close and restart Access. Enjoy.
