@82253083, Thanks for the reply.

Your understanding is correct. The iOS devices must be wiped before enrolling in Intune. Please check the Special migration considerations for more details.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/migration-guide-considerations

In addition, Intune provides a detailed migration guide for migrating to Intune from other MDM solutions. We can learn more about this guide by clicking the following link.

Due to the wipe in Airwatch, based on my research, it seems we can use Enterprise wipe in console. For the method to automatically do this. I don;t find. it. you can contact Airwatch support to see if there's such method.

Hope it can help.

Ok, Thanks for providing the links, Can we. remove the AirWatch agent by deploying an uninstall the package from Intune. Since Intune supports third-party MDM management. So we can create a package and deploy on all the machines which have AirWatch in it. ( iOS device only ).

@82253083, Thanks for the reply.

As the iOS device need to be wiped before enrolling into Intune, but if we want to deploy any package in Intune, as a prerequisite, the device need to be Intune enrolled. So I think it's not possible to do this via Intune.

Hope it can help.

So it is not possible that we can manage the device from Intune even it is managed by other MDM solutions.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/protect/device-compliance-partners

I believe the above blog says something where we can manage the device which is managed by other MDM solutions.
