Hello guys, I created a new Azure Account with Student subscription, then I created a new Quantum Workspace following the guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/get-started-azure-quantum/3-create-quantum-workspace?tabs=payg%2Ctabid-quick

After creating the workspace, I tried to see how many credits I had and showed the image bellow. I don't have the $500 credits for begginers and I don't have any credits.

In providers I have just one and I couldn't even try the IonQ Quantum Provider with a "Hello World" code:

Please help me to solve this problem. I am doing a lot of research for quantum computing in university and it would be really nice to use Azure Quantum as a QCaaS.

    @Gabriel Pires
    UPDATE 5/15/2023: Thanks for sharing more details.

    I was able to confirm with the Product team about the Brazil region. Your understanding is correct. Unfortunately, neither IonQ or Quantinuum are available in Brazil regions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. The Product team shared that they are working with the partners to expand availability for regions like Brazil but have no exact timeline that they can share as of now.

    For future reference, Azure Quantum provider availability can be found at: Global availability of Azure Quantum providers - Azure Quantum | Microsoft Learn
    This documentation will be updated as Azure Quantum providers become available in Brazil region.

    Apologies again. We are working hard to expand our quantum network and hope to offer this feature to you in the future.

    5/11/2023: Thanks for reaching out on Microsoft Q&A.

    Can you try creating a workspace with different regions and share the results? I am wondering if it has anything to do with the East US region selected, while creating the workspace.

    Also, can you please share what do you see under 'Quotas' Tab (next to 'Credits' Tab) in the first screenshot you shared?
