X-Search-Location Header not working

@Thomas Watson What is the search query that is used along with this header? As per the reference, Bing ignores this header if the query includes a location. For example, if this header reflects the user’s location as San Francisco, but the query is restaurants seattle, Bing returns restaurants located in Seattle, Washington.

Also, Lat/Long in the header isn’t a strict filter, but rather a signal. In addition, the API will take into account other signals like IP address, user intent, etc. Finally, if there are few to no results because of the chosen scope/query, it will try to return results to the user that is relevant.

I used the search query police, while using a lat/long within Austin TX, my IP is in TX and the first few results were from Seattle or other areas not within Austin.
