One of my user is trying to send email to teams channel lets say channel1.contoso.onmicrosoft.com@amer.teams.ms and user is getting the below error.

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:channel1.contoso.onmicrosoft.com@amer.teams.ms Email integration is not enabled for the tenant.

Our users send emails to other teams channels and this feature is enabled. it looks this teams or teams channel is having issue. experts guide me. i have tested with other teams channel i don't see any issue.

    From your description "Email Intergration" should have been enabled in this tenant.

    Please double-check it just in case.
