    We cannot open the link, the error message is 404.

    Please run TCP/IP Reset and see if that fixes network connections:

    Open cmd.exe with Run as Administrator then run the following commands: 

    netsh winsock reset  
netsh int ip reset

    Restart the computer and test your network connections.
