i stopped the windows firewall defender service on my VM so iam not able to access my RM and my admin account is facing problems with the authenticator i tried to disable the authenticator or delete it but it still there

once iam entering the authenticator number on the phone iam getting an error message that i cant sign in

2023-06-05T07:51:41.7966667+00:00 iam not able to connect to VM in order to start the service and iam not able to login with Admin user on the portal azure to restart the VM while it is signing in on the office normally without authentication once it is deactivated

I assume you're using Azure AD login VM extension since you mention the authenticator. Is this correct? Please share as many details as possible: VM network setup, network security group, etc.
