Powering Kinect over a long distance

Goal:
Powering Kinect over >8m distance.
Problem / concerns:
In testing my setup - [an individually powered, active USB hub] + [3m USB cables] - when I drew 1.2A, the voltage dropped significantly at the load (simulating Kinect).
Questions:
(1) What is Kinect's power input voltage range - min and max?
(2) When we supply the power through the barrel connector, does the USB-C connector also helps to conduct the supplied power input at the same time?
(3) If we opt to power Kinect only through USB-C connector, does it require PD protocol on the source hub?

Yes, I have checked Azure Kinect DK hardware specifications, but I only found the power requirement as 5.9W.
