Virtual Desktop for a Single Home User

I would like to consider a virtual machine based solution for my "home computer" so that I can take advantage of improved processing horsepower. In particular, I am looking to be able to host applications that I use as part of my personal stock and option trading, such as ThinkorSwim. Is Azure an option for something that is "this basic"?

I would also welcome a simpler WVD service for personal use, that I pay per use or is it included as an option for a Microsoft 365 subscription.

It would be great to be able to connect to this WVD from a
PC, mobile device (android in my case) or browser.
Imagine, that I connect my mobile with a docking station connnected to a monitor, keyboard and mouse and -- with corresponding settings -- the WVD starts automatically and I can start right away.

Please consider this :-)

Hi @ChristopherBott-9269 ,

Thanks for the question, WVD is intended for organizations with multiple users. For your case just a single VM with moderately low specs would work fine for you. Follow this guide to create a standard VM in Azure. Be sure to select Windows 10 Pro as your operating system instead of Windows Server. Hope this helps!
