Issue with Azure IR in ADF with Managed Virtual Network

Hi Team,
Facing the IR issue with ADF Managed Virtual Network enabled.
Every time we need to enable the Interative authoring to test the connections. Its taking about 3 min to enable
And after few minutes of idle its again getting disabled.
for simple copy activity the queue time is more than 5 minutes.
After sometime when we run the pipeline its getting failed due to The default Azure IR is always going to failed to get status state

A session is started when you enable interactive authoring or start a pipeline run. The session should last for the TTL duration before ending. When a session is started, a virtual machine is created to run the session. The initial delay is likely the virtual machine being created and booting up.

For the other issues -- the disabling after 5 minutes, and the Failed to get status -- deeper investigation is needed than I can provide for you here.
