Trying to set up the bing search api, but getting "No Registered Provider" error, but Bing, Search, and Cognitive Services are all registered providers.

Question

I am new to Azure. Have made the account, and am trying to setup the API usage of bing search. Have registered providers for Bing, Search, and Cognitive Services . But when I try to deploy for bing v7 I get an error about "No Registered Provider". I am sure it is a simple solution, but so far I have not found it. Any ideas?

@William Moore A hotfix was rolled yesterday to fix the issue of failing bing deployments. Could you please try to create a new resource and check if it works?
