How to mention @everyone in Teams channel via webhook?

Currently at mentioning everyone in Team's channel using incoming webhook is not possible. To achieve your requirements, we recommend you give your feedback in Teams Feedback Portal . However Incoming webhooks supports user mention in Adaptive Cards with the Azure AD Object ID and UPN. I know that i can mention via adaptive cards, but can I mention the whole channel or tag?
