Azure Cache for Redis upgrade：upgrade from 4.0 to 6.0 takes very long time

I was trying to upgrade my cache for Redis but it is taking a very very long time, it is still upgrading after 3 hours and since it is a Basic cache, the service is not available.
How can I know if everything is going well with the upgrade? Is there something you can do?

I understand you are facing an issue while upgrading Azure Cache for Redis from version 4.0 to 6.0. The upgrade process is taking a very long time, and the service is not available since it is a Basic cache.
