Azure Redis server has load splashes each hour

Each hour I can see in Server load metric splashes (eash 43th minute of the hour).
But there is no additional load from client side.
Is it some maintenance from Azure side or how I can found the cause of this if not?
There is no an increasing of connections or hits in this time from client side.

What size of the cache you are using? Is it C2 or larger?

And average server load is only 1% during all time, but this splashes now up to 90%, and also splashes load are increased from begin of the July, if before they was up to 30%, now they are up to 90%. -
