Azure Kinect failed

Hi,

I've been using a kinect azure's for a few months and its just started spitting out bad data on the video channel. It had worked previously with the same hardware and software.

How can I get a replacement it is under a year old. Thanks

    The following steps would help you with initial debugging of image quality in Azure Kinect device

    • Start Azure Kinect viewer and check positioning of the device for interference or if sensor is blocked or lens is dirty.
    • Try different operating modes to narrow down if issue is happening in specific mode.
    • Inspect the image quality issues using the below steps:
    • Take pause view on Azure Kinect viewer and take a screenshot or
    • Take recording using Azure Kinect recorder, for example, k4arecorder.exe -l 5 -r 5 output.mkv
    • Check k4aviewer.err log for error messages.
    • Power cycle device, wait streaming LED to power off before using the device.
    • Make sure you are using latest graphics drivers on your PC.
    • If you are using your own build of SDK, try using officially released version if that fixes the issue.
