Hi @Satindra Jakhari ,
I use a shared mailbox within Office Desktop version, but when i delete an item/email it goes to my own "Deleted Items" folder and not the "Deleted Items" folder within the shared mailbox. Is there another solution for this besides making a change in the registery ?
As described in this official document, it's the expected behavior that when you use Outlook to delete mails from the shared mailbox, the deleted items go to your own Deleted Items folder instead of the Deleted Items folder of the shared mailbox.
If you don't want to use the registry method as mentioned in the linked document above, another option is to remove the automapping for the shared mailbox and then manually add the shared mailbox as an additional account in Outlook.
For instructions about removing automapping, see How to remove automapping for a shared mailbox in Outlook for Microsoft 365.
For detailed steps about how to add the shared mailbox as an additional mailbox in Outlook, refer to How to add a shared mailbox as additional account in Outlook.
