Where to find the "power" of 1 vCPU on Azure?

I want to know how much power 1 vCPU in an Azure Container App would have? I.E. 1 vCPU = 1 4-Core CPU at 2.66Ghz.

@Briana Burton The vCPU allocation is not directly tied to a specific clock speed in GHz. Instead, the vCPU allocation represents a share of the physical CPU resources available on the host machine.

The actual clock speed of the physical CPU resources can vary depending on the host machine type and other factors. Additionally, the CPU resources allocated to your container group may be shared with other container groups running on the same host machine. Therefore, it is not possible to directly equate 1.0 vCPU to a specific clock speed in GHz.
