It appears that Azure Cache for Redis will be automatically updated to version 6 after June 30, 2023. However, all three of my instances are still on version 4.
The region is japanwest, and the "Update Schedule Setting" is enabled.
Could you please let me know when the automatic update to version 6 will take place?

It appears that my three Azure Redis instances were updated between August 3rd and August 4th. All three of them are now on version 6.

As mentioned above, your Redis cache got upgraded to latest version in between August 3rd and August 4th. All three of them are now on version 6.

There is similar question on the forum
Caches can't be upgraded while they have a geo-replication link. Can you check?

Yes, I Checked.
My instances are Standard plan, geo-replication disabled.
this is interesting since Microsoft released the following dates
so it should be upgraded.

So I offer you to create a support request to Microsoft or you can manually upgrade your cache instance
Set-AzRedisCache -Name "CacheName" -ResourceGroupName "ResourceGroupName" -RedisVersion "6"
