About the problem that Azure Cache for Redis is bypassed

I used the Azure Cache for Redis, and there was a recent client-side Command execution timeout for Command: (Ping) error.

I checked the log and found no master-slave switching events, and the number of client connections and their network metrics are normal.

But I found that I clearly set up a firewall to allow only internal network use, but there is a 51.132.236.182 quite frequently, in real time this IP is not my own. I need to know if this IP is from within Azure? What does he do?

Azure published service tags / ip lists for their services as a JSON file you can check this ip address belong to this list or not

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-network/service-tags-overview#discover-service-tags-by-using-downloadable-json-files
