problems with kinect v2 (Xbox One) on pc

I have downloaded and installed the kinect SDK on my HP Pavilion Laptop with Ryzen 5 CPU and Readon Vega 8 Graphics running Windows 11.
The problem is that when I run the SDK Browser (Kinect for Windows) v2 and then the Kinect v2 Configuration Verifier option in the Verify Kinect Depth and Color Streams section, the Kinect video appears but after 10 seconds the video is lost. connection and this last option (Kinect Depyh...) a red X appears and the video is lost, so I reconnect and disconnect the USB port and it recognizes it again but after 10 seconds it disconnects again, which may be?
