unable to uninstall MS Visio via cisco vpn

Unable to uninstall Microsoft Visio from the Cisco VPN.

It is uninstalled without issue when connected to the office network, but it does not uninstall when connected to the VPN. The uninstallation script works from the office network, so there is no problem. Has anyone experienced this problem during Visio uninstallation?

    In your script It may require some Network access which is not available in VPN.

    Please go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features -> Select Visio -> Right click -> Select Uninstall.
