You do not have access

Hello together,

Today I took a look at the Microsoft Intune Admin Center.

I am logged in as a Global Admin.
We also have a few assigned Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 licenses

However, I do not have access, I do not see any devices registered in Azure.

I also received the following notification: "MDM authority You haven't enabled device management yet. Click here to start."
When I click on it, I land on the following page:

Also curious:

When I click the "Allow access to unlicensed admins" button under Endpoint Manager Roles / Administrator Licensing and confirm with Yes, nothing happens either.

All in all very strange. I am Global Admin, have the necessary licenses... but do not have proper access.

Maybe someone has a tip what I can do?

    @Ray, Thorsten , Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know we get no access when set MDM authority. And the account is Global Administrator with Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 license. For this issue, I suggest open case to look into the issue:
