Trying to sign into my client's account. Enter valid password then on to verification code sent to his phone. But that step fails every time. We need to be able to administer his Exchange Server. Any ideas?

Check replication status if your customer is using more than one domain controller.
Make sure to insert MFA code before exceeding the time.
Hello Udara,
This is Office 365 online. Codes were definitely entered immediately.
Thanks,
AJ
Hi @AJJames-6878 ,
According to your information above, are you going to login your client's o365 admin portal or EAC?
What error did you receive when you login failed entering the verification code?
Here is the official document introduces about You can't sign in to Office 365, Azure, or Intune

Error is attached, I think. When I enter the six digit code sent to my client's phone it continually states that it wasn't expecting that number. Again, I'm trying to login into my client's account so that I can administer their email, but it errors out every time. Also, I do not see an option to sign in another way.
Thanks,
AJ

Note that we've tried to enter different verification codes many times. No way I've entered them incorrectly every time, if at all. We've been very deliberate.
Sounds good you can contact office support here.

Contacting support requires the same login process. So that doesn't help unfortunately.
Are we simply not allowed to talk to anyone in Microsoft support, if it even exists?
Seems you have ruled out all the possible free options. You can also start a paid case here with product support.
