How to change the organization email for a free Microsoft flow account?
Define "free"? Did you create it with your organizational/O365 account as a "viral" subscription, or did you just use some personal email address?
In the first case, you will have to work with your admin. In the second one, you simply don't have an organizational email associated with Flow, it's associated with your personal one.
signed up for Microsoft flow using a domain email address, ex user@domain.com but I am changing to a different domain
