The network speed of the host machine is okay. Why is it so slow in EflowVM? Are there any restrictions?

We built IoTEdge on Windows.
➡Actually, I created a linux VM (EflowVm).
It takes longer than expected to download a file (StorageAccount Blob) inside EflowVm.
[My opinion]
The cause may be that the internal line speed of EflowVm is slow.
I think there are some restrictions than Azure.
Please confirm.
[Line speed measurement results]
・Host PC: 50Mbps, EflowVm: 2-4Mbps ➡Downloading a 10M file will take about 10 minutes. ・Host PC: 20Mbps, EflowVm: 1-2Mbps ➡Downloading a 10M file may take 40 minutes.
