Im using a LSI SAS 9300-8e and HPE D3710 with Windows Server 2019 and the drives wont show up in disk mgmt.. I can run the lsiutil and see the drives and I have installed megaraid manager and can see them there as well..

I check event viewer and for every drive in the enclosure, im getting \Device\RaidPort2 Device slot number is outside the enclosure range

The sas controller is flashed to IT mode.. What am I missing here? The output of lsiutil is below

You'll need the manufacturer's disk controller driver.

looks to be a bit old so hard to say whether this will be successful or not with Server 2019.

I guess you may need to reach out to the manufacturer about driver updates or install an older operating system if you want to continue using the hardware.
