i am traing to make deplayment of azure healthbot with new resource but it not deploy and showing error that"

The resource write operation failed to complete successfully, because it reached terminal provisioning state 'Failed'.

i have free student subscription and making azure healthbot for my website in new resource and it showing this errore.

any help on this much appreciated,thank you.

I understand that you are receiving an error message that says The resource write operation failed to complete successfully, because it reached terminal provisioning state 'Failed'. while deploying Azure Health Bot with a new resource.

Check the resource and quota limits: Ensure that you have not exceeded the resource limits of your free student subscription. You can check the resource limits of your subscription by going to the Azure portal and selecting your subscription--> Select Usage + Quotas:

You can also Select the Deployments option and see if it lists any reason for the failure:

3.You can also navigate to your resource Group --> Activity Log and check if there are any deployment failures being logged.

If none of the above plan helps, Please share the below details over email to azcommunity[at]microsoft[dot]com with subject as "Attn: Naveen" so that we can further check internally on this issue., so that I can look at the backend logs for the cause of this issue:

a. The correlation id (you will get this while the deployment fails)
b. Subscription id.
c. Time of the issue in UTC

I tried more then 4-5 time but i failed then i just closed and re-start a tab then it worked smoothly. i dont know what was happen at first but maybe it just want me to refresh.

Issue:

You are receiving an error message that says The resource write operation failed to complete successfully, because it reached terminal provisioning state 'Failed'. while deploying Azure Health Bot with a new resource.

Resolution:

You had tried around 4-5 times and it was failing. So you had to close and re-start a tab then it worked fine.
Seems like refreshing the browser worked fine.

I am still facing the same issue. Even after trying for multiple times it keeps getting failed. Kindly provide an resolution for this issue,
