Help when modifying or creating profiles for Windows Hello PIN

Hello

I'm trying to modify the "PIN" in Configuration Profiles so that Windows Hello not only accepts the default pin, but you can add symbols, the pin has an expiration of 90 days, the pin accepts capital letters and other things. and it won't let me. Also try to create a new profile, it lets me create it and when adding people or groups it gives me an error, I try to create a group from 0 and it doesn't let me either.

I tried the intune admin, sec admin and global and nothing.

    Hi there! I hope that I can provide some help on this. I do wish to inform you that I'm still learning Intune as a MDM Platform myself. Are you managing Windows Hello for Business in the Windows Enrollment Menu in the Intune Admin portal by chance, and if so does it show the expected options selected for your desired complexity? I have attached a screenshot to provide an example of what it may look like

    From your description, I know that you want to create a configuration profile to modify PIN to meet your needs but get error in Assignment and creating group.

    Please try to create another new group including the members you want, if you still cannot create successfully, I guess there may be some problem with the global admin account.

    Please try to change another global admin account to do the things you want.

    If I manage to make that configuration and it is saved in a new configuration profile, but it is not applied to the users, I get the following:

    I tried to create a new group and put the users inside, but I still get the same error
