Azure Kinect won't stop flashing white

I have tried multiple ports all of which are 3.0 and over, on multiple devices, using multiple power + data cables and cannot get the Kinect to stop flashing white. The Azure Kinect Microphone Array appears in my devices but the other components seem to appear as "Unknown USB Device (Invalid Configuration Descriptor)". I have made sure all of my drivers are up to date and followed all of the trouble shooting advice given to other simular issues on the forums but sadly no luck.

I even tried to reset the device but this never worked either. The white flashing light never changed to amber at any point whilst holding down the reset button.
