Cant connect to Azure SQL from Logic App, but can from SSMS

Hi everyone
MS Support suggested I post here to get this issue resolved
I have set up a SQL database in Azure. I can connect to it from SSMS without issue.
When I try to use a logic app to connect to the same DB to run a stored proc, it says credentials are wrong
I cant for the life of me figure out why.
any ideas?

Could you please tell us what was the authentication type used to connect to azure Sql database and also was the firewall configured?
In case, you can provide the screenshot of logic add designer along with error message, this would help to replicate the exact scenario.
