    Hi, @Sokoban

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

To test and deploy an application to 2000 users in Intune, follow these steps:

    1. Test the application on Test Base by uploading the intunewin format package. Refer to the Test your Intune application on Test Base document for more information.
    2. Once you have tested the application, you can deploy it to your users. To do this, you need to assign the app to a group of users that can use the app. For more information on adding groups of users, see Add groups to organize users and devices.
    3. After you have added the app, you can configure and protect it using app configuration policies and app protection policies. For more information on these policies, see App configuration policies for Microsoft Intune and App protection policies overview.
    4. Finally, you can monitor the app information and assignments with Microsoft Intune. For more information on monitoring apps, see Monitor app information and assignments with Microsoft Intune.
