Update Test outcome/import run results via Excel in ADO devops

I have exported a testsuite from ADO.

There are test cases which contains steps and some do not.

Business testers do not have access to ADO and have updated the sheet as per below

Testcases which do not contain steps contain have the below columns added

  • A column with comments
  • A column with a sharepoint link for screenshots
  • A column with the test Outcome ie Pass/Fail

Testcases which contain steps contain have the below columns added

  • A column with comments
  • A column with a sharepoint link for screenshots
  • A column with the test Outcome ie Pass/Fail.
    • The test outcome is on the 1st line and
    • Every executed step contains a test outcome in the same column
    I want to use this information from excel to
    1. Create bugs/enquiries for failed test cases
    2. Update test Step outcome
    3. Update Test outcome for the
    How do I upload this excel to ADO to update the outcome. I have the integration tool installed and have VS 2022 installed.
