Virus attacks i think

I believe my pc got virus attacks and i wanted to find a virus files so i can delete it and i don't wanna reset my computer because i have VPN working with my work place and many things in here so USB wouldn't really help is there a way to removed a virus? because when I'm in a game or using VPN my disk C keep increased for example i have 10.4 gb left now its 9.78 Gb left I found a EaseUS is a software to find a virus file but it showed it got no virus when i check in virustotal.com but once again there's 2 things that it unable to process file type Avast-Mobile and Symantec mobile insight. so when i was about to install it SmartScreen can't be reached right now showed up. So please i want a software that can removed virus file from my device for free as i don't have money for those software rn
