Hi, today I have obtained a certificate for AZ-305. I have received also an email confirmation with the link how ro view/print etc. my Certificate. When I login to my MS Learn profile and follow the instructions of how to view my certificate: Sign into your Learn profile Click on the photo avatar and select Profile from the dropdown menu Select Certifications from the menu inside your profile Scroll to the certification that you’d like to access and select “ View certification details ” below the description I do not see any Certifications menu in my profile. Correspondingly, I cannot find and view my Certificiate. For your information, I am using the same MS Account from the Learn profile and the one to which the certificiate has been issued. I am also adding a screenshot of how the menues looks like in my my Learn profile. Please, help me to find the Certificate. Thanks.

Hi Konstantin, They changed it to be under Credentials. Below is link to list of your certifications: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials/certifications?tab=credentials-tab Officially it can take up to 48 hours after exam for certification to show up, but in my experience it only takes couple of hours. Please note to earn Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification you need to have Active Azure Administrator Associate certification (AZ-104) in addition to passing AZ-305 exam. Hi again, thanks for giving me the hint. But, the Certificat eis still not visible for me even in Credentials section! I have two posted and opened request in MS Learn support section, but one one is responding since 1 month on my requests! Can you please, check my case as I am quite disappointed and desparate what to do with this. And also losing patience! Any Microsoft support channel is failling by now!

Hi, I completed my AZ-305 on September 29, 2023, and my AZ-104 on December 17, 2021. However, only the AZ-104 certificate shows on my profile, while the AZ-305 certificate does not appear. I have passed both exams and have only received the transcript for the AZ-305, but not the certificate.

Thanks for the information, that the Certification has been moved under Credenials.

However, I still cannot see my obtained Certificate there. Linking of another Certification account does not make sense, as this is the actual account for which I have received the certificate.

This is a screenshot of how does the Credentials look like in my Learn dashboard.

Any other hints?

Did you ask a question in the Certification forum using the link I gave above? If yes, what did they say?

I searched for your name over in the certification forum but didn't find it.

The support moderators over in the certification forum are the ones that can fix your profile so that your certification(s) show up.

@Yonov, Konstantin It looks like you asked in the wrong forum. Normally they will move questions to correct forum, but it appears they didn't in your case. Please ask a new question, only this time make sure to select Microsoft Credentials in the Forum dropdown.

When I click on the link I provided above it already has Microsoft Credentials selected, but it seems for some reason it selected something different for you.

Keep checking your question for any replies every x hours in case the email notification doesn't work (it is different system than here). Once they reply, if you don't reply back to them within certain number of days they will close and lock the thread, forcing you start over with new question.

@Partiban Naderajan Your Azure Administrator Associate was expired when you passed AZ-305, so you didn't meet pre-requisite for Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.

You need to pass AZ-104 exam again as soon as possible in order to earn Solutions Architect Expert certification. If you wait too long your AZ-305 results will be too old and will no longer count towards certification.

@Partiban Naderajan Post a question over in the Microsoft Credentials forum and they will fix the issue so that you can schedule the exam.
