Windows Subsystem for Android™ with Amazon Appstore cannot be installed even if I have all correct system requirements and latest Windows version in Windows Store and even if can be it says there is an error and cannot be installed

I have no clue why I cannot install this simple application provided by Microsoft

I really wanna Android apps on Windows but I have no clue why I cannot
