Hi,
Recently, about 6 weeks ago, some of our users are saying that after a few hours of running our app, they are getting the "Warning map service token not specified." message at the bottom of map.
Our app has been in use for over 8 years and we have been using the same map token all this time. https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9WZDNCRDNDF7
Has something changed recently on the back-end perhaps that is causing this issue ?

It happened to me also - after about a day of running the program, the map gets the banner as you can see on the bottom.

I also started to see this in my apps and also got feedback from users wondering asking me to fix it. It certainly is not an issue of my app, it's a bug on Microsofts side that only started recently. So yes, the MapServiceToken is certainly correct. Please fix
Yes, the token is correct - we have been using it for several years.
Please stand by as I get to the computer showing the issue for the version number - but, it is Windows 10 Home with latest updates as of 2 weeks ago.

We also see the exact same behavior. No changes to the app or api key and it started a few weeks ago.

This is indeed an unexpected behavior, I'd suggest you submit a feedback request about this API in the Feedback Hub. You could find the Feedback Hub in the Start Menu.

Azure has recently raised new TLS 1.2 requirements on Maps Services and the Maps team made a recent change that they think is the cause of this issue. A fix has been deployed. Can someone confirm that the issue is resolved?

I'm still randomly encountering the message 'Warning: map service token not specified.' It appears that the issue has not been completely resolved.
