Unable to use Azure Devops Teams Connector - Stuck in Sign-in loop

When I try to enable the Azure Devops connector in Microsoft Teams, it prompts for sign in, and then after I'm signed in, I'm taken back to the Teams app where it's still asking me to login. No error or anything.

I've tried typical troubleshooting steps ... signing out completely, signing in again, trying it from the Teams web app versus client app, etc.

Advice is greatly appreciated!

...and after signing in, I'm taken back to this screen and nothing has happened.

@ZacEmmel-0416 were you able to figure this out? Also stuck in the loop. Thanks

@WonLee-1348 I was told that the connector is no longer supported and to look for other solutions using things like AzureBoards. That's the route I'm going for now.

For my particular use case, I'm looking for a good way to get granular updates on work items when the work item status has transitioned. Once it's been transitioned, I don't want further updates when the work item is updated.

I haven't yet found a good way to do this.

Thanks @ZacEmmel-0416. I also looked into setting up a Webhook but there's another known issue with Teams having trouble with the request body which results in 400 Bad Request. I've tried different options there, e.g. text-only without any luck.

@WonLee-1348 I've had some success using Power Automation tools. It doesn't give me everything I'm looking for, but it provides a decent amount.

Have you checked that out?
