I have setup Intune and have successfully added 25 iPads. Now as I try to add our school owned iPods and iPhones, they will not show up under devices. If I run a report, it finds them. I am unable to add these devices to any groups because of this.

@RUDYMATHEW-2561, From your description, I know the ipads and iphone are not under device in Intune.
To check our issue, could you provide the following information to us?
1. Which enrollment method we use?

2. How did we add the devices into Intune? Could you get screen shots of the steps we did?
