    Hi @Fan, Elvis (M.)

    Welcome to our forum!

In New Outlook for Mac, Can 'On my computer' automatically synchronize emails of PST file from Onedrive?

What do you mean about "automatically synchronize emails of PST file"?

Do you want to import the .pst to New Outlook for Mac?

If so, as I know, "Export/Import of .olm and .pst files" feature is not available in New Outlook for Mac. If you want to import the .pst file, it's suggested that you could turn off New Outlook button to switch to legacy Outlook to import .pst file.

Rather than sharing a PST file, try setting up your emails as IMAP accounts instead of POP. IMAP format creates a shared email repository on the email server, then all your devices will automatically be in sync. This works seamlessly with Windows, macOS and iOS devices.
