How re-initiate the App installation in Intune after cancelled by user

Hi,
We have configured App installation policy in Intune and applied to user. Some users have cancelled when prompting to install the software and in Intune portal status is showing failed.

Please suggest How re-initiate the App installation in Intune after cancelled by user? Can i just run sync the computer again with Intune and it will run the installation process again?

Win32 and MSI App installation failures will be automatically retried three times with five minutes in between the failures. If the app is an available app, the user can simply click retry.

You say, user click on retry. you mean to say sync policy again in setting -> Accounts ?

No, as noted, if the app was assigned as available, there is a retry button. This won't be available to the user though is the app was assigned as required.

@RockyMondal-4133 , Based as I know, if an installation failure occurs for a required app, either you or your helpdesk will be able to sync the device and retry the app install. We can see more details in the following link:

Also, we can try to remove the app assignment to the group, and then reassign the app to this group. The action can trigger the redeployment.
