How do I change the password on a secondary email account

I set up some years ago secondary emails under our primary email address. I have no idea where to go to change these as with the latest windows update my laptop is asking for all the passwords again - for some reason I have no idea what it is and I need to change it or at least recover it. Help, I have no idea where to look to even manage the sub accounts - cant see anything on here that looks familiar

Hi @NHHosier-1707,

If possible, could you please remove any personal data like name or email address and then share a screenshot of the issue so that we can understand better about the situation?

By the secondary emails, do you mean the additional SMTP address added to your Exchange mailbox as described in this article? If this is the case, as far as I know the secondary email addresses share the same password as the primary one.

Or do you mean you are using Outlook client and have added a secondary account via File > Add Account? If this describes your situation, assuming it's an Exchange account hosted on your organization's Exchange server, it's recommended to contact your Administrator to reset your password. If you are using other types of email account, please check the article below for information about how to change or recover the email account:

Thank you so much for replying. I actually by hook & crook worked out which password it was on the system and managed to get it. I sat for an hour trying every single password I might have ever used in the past 20 years! I got there in the end. Thank you again. Kind regards
