502 bad gateway | Azure Web App | SignalR

We have web app hosted on Azure Web App Service.

.NET 6
Azure SQL
SignalR Core

We have 600 active connection of SignalR with Azure Web App, we have 20 API's which all 600 connections are calling after each hour. Some how DB is not 100% and CPU, Memory etc are also not overloaded. But still we are getting 502. We are not able to figure the actual issue. It's start appearing from last 5 days.

@VenkateshDodda-MSFT I highly appreciate your quick response. We are hosting this in our customer azure. And don't want to initiate ticket from their account. But we can look into this via remote session. We are also inspecting application logs from web app to check realtime errors.

I will create ticket and also email you from our account.

@Junaid Shahid Thanks for your response. the right help to get the issue investigate is support I would suggest you file a support case from the subscription where the issue and resource is present.
