How to enable windows 11 caching services

I disabled windows caching services by using the command :

REG add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Dnscache" /v Start /t REG_DWORD /d 4 /f

but that didn't solve my problem..... so I want to enable the caching services again but I don't know how.

    The Windows caching service is not related to Azure Cache for Redis. Perhaps this question belongs to Windows forum.
