Sharepoint comments: how can you set up notifications? And can you manage/delete comments?

Sharepoint comments: how can you set up notifications? - I have comments on a sharepoint site but I do not get notified when someone leaves a comment - is it possible to set this up?

And can you manage/delete comments? - Once comments have been left, can you archive/delete these after some time or after the comment has been actioned/is no longer relevant?

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

I have few different tenants and I can´t get these notifications in any of tenants. What´s wrong?

Hi @AitkenGinaAWF-9052,
If you are the creator of the post, the email will be sent to you by default after someone leaves a comment. And the notification Email is only for the author of the page.
According to your description, I assume you do not receive any of the notification Email and waited for long enough. Please let me know if only part of the Emails are missing. As if there are a lot of comments in a short period of time, there may be some delays. And multiple comments will be batched so that you receive a single email when several comments have been received within a short period of time. For more information, please refer to this link.
If no notification Email is received, please have a check in spam and junk. Also you can open a service request if you ensure no Email is sent when a new comment is posted on a page you create.
A user with edit permission will be able to delete comments, just click the small ellipsis in the down-right corner of the comment and select delete:

Thanks @ElsieLu-MSFT

I am not the author/creator of the page - but the person who is has now left my team. Is there a way to change who will get notified?

According to my test, the display field of Author on the page can be modified, but the modified user will not receive any notifications, these notifications are still sent to the original creator. You could go to SharePoint UserVoice to vote and put forward your suggestions.
