Where will Bing Search APIs be in the portal when they transition from Azure Cognitive Services to Azure Marketplace on 31 October 2023

Currently, the Bing Custom Search sites and the related API keys are managed under Cognitive Services. Marketplace is a location to get new apps and services. Where in the portal will the sites appear when added from the Marketplace? Also, how can we migrate existing instances to the new location? Finally, will the external site for managing search be replaced during this change?

Customers will not be able to create new Bing Resources as Cognitive Resources, any new resource will need to be created as Microsoft Bing Resource. Existing Bing Search Instances will be supported up to next couple of years. i.e. existing cognitive customers can transition to new Bing Resources any time before that.
To create Bing resources from the marketplace, redirected back to Azure Portal where you can create a resource and get your key.

Also, are we supposed to infer "can transition to new Bing Resources" means that we can't migrate existing resources directly? This was the purpose of the clarification questions.

We have forwarded to product team to check for the documentation of existing resources to migrate from Cognitive Services.
