We have it as suit which runs every night

This automated test suite once completes the execution of all the tests we need report off how many test cases were failed and what are the test cases failed and total number of tests failed and we need to alert all the team members of the failed test cases and further we are thinking of using Microsoft Teams end Microsoft Outlook e-mail to all the team members with all the details that we got from the TFS I would like to know is it possible and what is the best way to do it with minimal effort and what are the permissions required in the TFS to proceed on this
