IOS Intune Enrollment

I am having issue when enrolling my IOS to Intune using the company portal, asking for Apple ID with my work email, when i type in my work password it fails.
Any solution?

Please make sure that the following four prerequisites are met.

• Device running iOS 11.0 and later.
• Install Company Portal app from App Store.
• Maintain a Wi-Fi connection until all steps are complete.
• Have access to Safari web browser on your device.

If all the prerequisites are met, please follow the steps to verify that a valid Intune license is assigned to this user.
1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center, and then choose Users > Active Users.
2. Select the affected user account > Product licenses > Edit.
3. Verify that a valid Intune license is assigned to this user.
4. Re-enroll the device.

Any clues?

my work e-mail is not an apple id account.
